Refund and Return Policy

At Tauá Turismo, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen events can occur, and we have established this Refund Policy to guide the procedures in case of cancellations or changes to reservations.

1. Reservation Cancellations

1.1. Cancellation by the Client:

  • If the client chooses to cancel a reservation, the cancellation request must be made in writing via email or another agreed-upon form of communication.
  • Deadline Policy:
    • Cancellations made up to [XX days] before the start date of the trip: Full refund of the amount paid, minus an administrative fee of [XX%].

2. Reservation Changes

2.1. Date Changes by the Client:

  • Requests for date changes must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
  • Change Fee: A change fee of [XX%] of the total reservation amount may apply for changes requested up to [XX days] before the start date of the trip.
  • Changes requested less than [XX days] before the start date of the trip may not be accepted, or may incur additional costs.

2.2. Package Changes by the Client:

  • All refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial reservation.
